• Rates are referred to accommodation per night, including people
• Pets are not allowed in the mobile homes
• Smoking is not allowed in the mobile homes
• The rate includes bed linen and crockery (where the kitchen is present)
• Towels are distributed by giving a deposit to the reception
• Final cleaning up is included in the room rate
• Check-in time from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. In case of arrivals later than the indicated time, please notify the Reception or indicate the arrival time by filling the booking form in
• Check-out time of the accommodation before 10.00 am on the day of departure
• Car and motorbike parking is not included in the rate

The price does not include the city tax.
The daily amount for adults is € 0.20 during the high season and € 0.10 during the low season.
The city tax is due only for the first 5 days of overnight staying.
Children under 10 are tax-exempt; young children 10 and 16 years old get a 50% reduction;
Tour leaders and coaches drivers are also tax-exempt.
