Regulations and information for guests concernign the use of Wi-Fi Connection

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter the "Regulation" or "GDPR"), this document describes the methods of processing
your network traffic while using the Wi-Fi service at Fusina Termina S.r.l. (from now on Camping Fusina).

GENERAL INFOS

All the areas round of Camping Fusina offers a Wireless Fidelity service (Wi-Fi). The service, provided by Camping Fusina, allows guests
who have made an appropriate request to access the internet by using their own devices such as laptops, smartphones, tablets and similar technologies,
that are equipped with a WI-FI network card.

DATA TYPE, PURPOSE AND DURATION
The system implicitly collects some user data as it is mandatort for the correct use of the system itself.
For example, we cite some categories of data that could be recorded: IP addresses or the names of the devices used, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources,
the duration and expiring time of the connection, the time of the request, the method used while submitting the request to the server,
the size of the file obtained as feedback, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) as well as other parameters relating to the
operating system and to the IT status of the device.
The system keeps those information until the deadline of the connection.
When the connection last, a minimal information about the session is kept for a limited time-period (such as date of the first usage of the session, duration and quantity of the received and transmitted data transmitted).

METHOD OF ACCESSING TO THE SERVICE

Access to the WI-FI service is allowed by filling up personal users' credentials (only for guests up from 18 years old).
The network identifier (SSID) WI-FI in order to be connected is "Camping Fusina".
The service can be accessed free of charge upon request at the reception desk by the customer while checking in, by sending his/her e-mail address.
Camping Fusina will be pleased to welcome you with an email when you first log-in and wish you a good trip while your checking-out.
Your e-mail address will be stored by Camping Fusina management system according to the prescribed term and it will not be used for other purposes that are
unknown to you and/or other purposed without your consent.

As per all other guests and visitors it concerns, access to the service is only possible by purchasing a wi-fi card at the reception desk,
by connecting the device with the access keys you will find in the card.

DIFFUSION / COMMUNICATION TO OTHER OBJECTS
Your data will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with other objects. If asked for particular reasons, the acquired data can be used by the Postal Police, by the CID Authority and by CID Officers.
The data concerning the use of the Wi-Fi network will be kept in the strictest confidence, for a limited time-period, in compliance with the current regulations.

TECHNICAL DATA BASIS AND COMMUNICATION PER MAIL
Only the guest can ask to access to the wi-fi service by sending the request per email to the reception and/or accessing the web site, or by purchasing the card and taking advantage of the relative service; Your data is implicitly collected by the WI-FI system as it is necessary for its operation. It is not possible to use the service without communicating such data.

CATEGORIES OF OBJECTS OF DATA PROCESSING
The data collected by the WI-FI system will be visible only by people housed at Camping Fusina or by the system administrators, or other specific employees in charge for the date processing.
The Wi-Fi service assistance company has the possibility to access the system and the data for the only purpose of maintenance and / or updating of the system.

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS
The service may undergo changes or limitations that will be defined on the basis of the experience of technical problems that Camping Fusina will have to face over the time.
Any necessary forms of limitation or modification of the conditions of using the service -due to legal provisions and / or regulations and / or provisions of the competent authorities- if applied, will be let known to the customers.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
The user is directly responsible for the activities carried out during the internet connection through the WI-FI service. The user is asked to carefully store his own device (PC, smartphone, tablet, etc.) which it has been already configured for this use
and he is responsible for any improper use. In particular, during the use of the WI-FI service it is strictly forbidden:
• to carry out any activity which is in contrast with Italian and European legislation, as well as in contrast with the campsite regulations;
• to access to web sites that are in contrast with the public purposes of the service and / or to illegal web sites and images (pedophile sites, pornographic sites, sites inspirating violence and racism, etc.);
• to send e-mail messages disturbing other network users with indiscriminate manners (spamming);
• to carry out any activity intended to circumvent or deceive the access and / or security control systems of any internal or public server;
• to carry out activities that may disturb the other guests of the campsite: such as showing images that can disturb other users, listening to music without headphones, chat, playing network games, making virtual phone calls, etc .;
• to use tools of any nature that can evade the protection systems against unauthorized copying of the software, revealing passwords, identifing any security vulnerabilities of the various systems, decrypting encrypted files or compromising network security in any way.

In general, the user is responsible for any violation of this regulation and undertakes to substantially and procedurally release Camping Fusina from any liability,
the user declines also Camping Fusina from any claim made by third parties and from the violation of this regulation and / or by the violation of laws, regulations or administrative measures.

IDENTIFICATION AND MONITORING OF THE USER
The user agrees and accepts the existence of an electronic file used for the system management, which is responsible for the proper working of the service, by showing
the data of his own device and of the traffic carried out by Camping Fusina in terms of law while staying in a indoor facility. The Holder will not use your data for automated
decision-making processes, such as profiling.

USERS' RIGHTS
The art. 15 and ss. of the GDPR grant you multiple rights including the right to access, rectify, erase data (right to be forgotten), as well as the portability,
in the case of electronically processed data. You also have the right to withdraw consent in any case, and the right to make a complaint with the supervisory authority.

HOLDER OF THE DATA ORICESSING
The Holder of the processing of your personal data is Terminal Fusina Srl, whose head office is located in Sestriere Dorsoduro 909 B - 30123 (Venice),
VAT and Tax Code 00643350275, T. +39 041 5470055. The owner is available for any question and clarification.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The user of the wi-fi service:
• is aware that the wi-fi network service is provided through the use of shared and limited band frequencies with protection against interference;
for this reason the service delivery and its quality are not guaranteed;
• recognizes that the service manager is in any way not responsible for the content, the quality and the validity of any information found on the network,
or of the outcoming of transactions with particular reference to those with a commercial basis by using electronic payment systems o similar techniques -
that the user wants to create;
• assumes full responsibility for the actions taken during the use of the wi-fi service and for the content of the messages sent;
• respects the laws in force concerning copyright and privacy protection as well as specific criminal laws relating to the IT and electronic communications sector,
as well as any other general legal provision.

The user is also aware that wireless access may include a way to use the service without data encryption. The transmission can be unencrypted and the access does not require any particular configuration.
All defines that the user is more exposed to dangers of interception of the transmitted data, and that the user can potentially endanger his safety and integrity.
Therefore we suggest the user to adopt appropriate safety measures and any precaution in order to avoid any attacks on his machine.
As part of the use of the service, Camping Fusina declines any responsibility for consequences related to the use of WI-FI connections.

CUSTOMER CARE
The WI-FI service is thought for users who already have some basic computer skills. Camping Fusina operators are not asked to provide IT support to the users' WI-FI service.

FINES
If the user, during the connection to Internet through the WI-FI connection, does not comply with the provisions of this regulation and of the current legislation will be suspended from accessing to the service.
In case of events of violations that may hypothesize unlawful behaviors, the competent Authority will be promptly notified.

COMMUNICATION OF THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR WI-FI USE AND NETWORK ACCESS
By using the Wi-Fi service at Camping Fusina, the user accepts this regulation and gives his consent to the processing of data specified in this statement for the purpose of using the wi-fi.
